[atnog] De-listing a candidate for board?

Hi atnog,

I complained last Friday to RIPE abuse and I got a
reply today, that the spam from "mr. ipv4.plus" is
in violation of terms and conditions.

Additionally violating code of conduct and ignoring
community behavior rules makes a candidate unfit
for any official position or role within RIPE.

Does anyone know, if there is a way to request a
candidate to be withdrawn?

I would do it, if I only knew where to start...
