Die Veranstaltungssprache ist bei Bedarf auf Englisch\, sonst Deutsch (englische Unterlagen). Die Teilnahme ist kostenlos. Kärnten dient als durchgängiges Fallbeispiel in dem sich auch andere Bundesländer einordnen können. \n\nInfrastruktur — Fiber\, Repeater und POPs\nWie ist ein Bundesland tatsächlich erschlossen? Impuls am Beispiel Kärnten: Trassen\, Verteilung der POPs\, Standorte der Repeater und wie sich daraus die Topologie ergibt. Anschließend der Quervergleich — wie sieht das in den übrigen Bundesländern aus\, und wo liegen die strukturellen Unterschiede?\nLatenz\, Interconnection & Autarkie\nWohin geht der Traffic\, und wie unabhängig ist ein Bundesland im Störungsfall? Impuls am Beispiel Kärnten: Interconnection\, Abhängigkeiten von Wien\, gemessene RTT zu den Nachbarländern. Danach die Diskussion: Wie autark sind die anderen Bundesländer\, und was wäre nötig\, um regionalen Traffic auch regional zu halten?\nContent\, Applikation und Cache Systeme\nWo liegt der Content\, der in den Regionen konsumiert wird?
